About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals to drive business growth. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into long-term customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) required; Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Existing network of industry contacts.
  • Knowledge of digital sales channels and online lead generation.
