About the Role
We’re seeking a friendly and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our company. You’ll manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally assist visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage meeting room bookings and office schedules.
- Handle deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
- Provide basic administrative support to HR, Finance, or Operations teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, switchboard systems).
- Professional telephone etiquette.
