About the Role

We’re seeking a friendly and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our company. You’ll manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and professionally assist visitors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and office schedules.
  • Handle deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
  • Provide basic administrative support to HR, Finance, or Operations teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, switchboard systems).
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
