About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage online marketing campaigns, optimize brand visibility, and generate measurable results through digital channels. You’ll work closely with sales and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost website ranking.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (agency experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
