CRP Budget is a once-off subscription service that gives you direct access to financial support through phone or in-person sessions. You’ll get help with budgeting, saving, improving your credit score, and managing debt. The service also includes credit risk and affordability assessments, dispute resolution with credit bureaus, fraud listing removals, and guidance on complaints to the Credit Ombud. Plus, we offer ongoing credit monitoring and personalised financial coaching to keep you on track.
The service is valid for 12 months from your first payment.
CRP Policy is a monthly subscription that gives you access to personalised financial support through phone or face-to-face sessions. Services include help with budgeting, saving, building your credit score, managing debt, resolving credit bureau disputes, and more. The policy costs a once-off admin fee of R200 and R220 per month.

The total cost is R7,500, which includes a non-refundable admin fee and attorney costs. You can pay once-off or choose a payment plan of up to 6 months.
